A super dedicated team. They quickly take care of customers' problems and try to get the best out of them. We have been customers there for many years and will remain so. Now in the Corona time, we were helped quickly and unbureaucratically. It's not easy for them at the moment, I hope you hold out and stay.

very friendly and very competent staff; on own and special requests was immediately received and accordingly very good offers picked out; one is not urged to book here immediately, but given the reference to reflection time; a travel agency, where I will always (gladly) book and which saves me the cumbersome search on the Internet; complete processing runs here through the travel agency without stress; Offers can compete with Internet searches or platforms (very small smear: with the travel search / recommendations could be a little more advice, if you have absolutely no own ideas)
