I wanted to book a trip and should wait just a moment.
When the customers who were in front of me, after about 10 minutes went I expected to be served. The employee had disappeared in the back kitchen and it rattled there, as if she does the dishes. Apparently she completely forgot me. The other colleague did not call her back, so I went "wasted" 15 minutes to a local competitor who did the booking very professionally.
Here you get the best service
We had been on vacation at the time Thomas Cook went broke. So it was a back and forth but our trunk travel agent kept us up to date. So we always knew exactly how to behave.
