Super fast processing, very nice employees who also help you unbureaucratically if you have an error in the documents. A little tip ... as it calls into the forest, it echoes out. ;-)

Tax notification about Elster processed within two weeks, electronic notification on Mondays, Wednesday mail in the mailbox and money in the account. It couldn't be better, thank you for that 👍👍👍

Today I have asked by phone about the status of my income tax return, which I had sent a minimum of more than 2 months ago. Each of the colleagues there tried to give me information and to forward me to the right contact. One lady then told me that it has recently been released and that I would get mail soon (10 days max.) Am satisfied with the processing time and contact. There is nothing to complain about in my case. But do you have to stay friendly and objective yourself?
