I decided to change banks because I wanted personal advice. The opening of the account was problem-free, but unfortunately the communication during this time was so bad, the supervisor I was in contact with was almost 2-3 weeks unavailable, my e-mails were not responded to. The supervisor who is supposed to be responsible for me "According to the app", I never got to know. She should call me back, then I would have heard you at least once, but I'm still waiting for that today! The young man (trainee) who opened the account was very nice, but in my opinion not yet ready to carry out this task independently, as many of my questions asked: “I don't know either, I have no idea about it no idea ", were answered. Unfortunately, this also meant that you didn't feel that you were in good hands. Also promises and statements were made regarding the account transfer service, these were probably not correct, according to another employee with whom I had spoken on the phone. Despite using this service, I had to make all changes myself, as none of my contacts were informed! So by and large I can only say that I got off to a very bad start and for the fees you are charging I can't really recommend Sparkasse Vest RE / Marl Hüls branch!

The consultants are the last! Promise heaven on earth on the phone and then the evil awakening comes on site! Account management fees that are higher than at any other bank. For me they are criminals!

Absolutely an incompetent bank. Sparkasse ... Can you save. Consulting would have been nice, but the consultant did not know anything. It has been resolved!!!
