Unfortunately, my experience with Carglass was negative! After changing my windshield, my driver's side cloth seat was damaged by a sharp object. After contacting me several times (both by phone and email) I was finally answered after 4 months and denied that the damage was caused by Carglass and that you would therefore not pay the damage. I find it very sad because my car is only 1 year old and I am left with the damage. I find this unprofessional and would definitely not recommend it to anyone I know.
