It is weak! The staff is friendly and everyone contributes to the good atmosphere despite their handicaps! Things are a little quieter at the checkout and we are happy to be patient! In front of the shop there is a bench on which one or the other can relax from exhausting shopping! The only downer is the unsatisfactory parking situation. Nevertheless, the Grafenwälder Capmarkt is worth a visit and is even worth a detour!

Dear team from Cap Markt, For many years I have been coming to your shop because of the family atmosphere and the friendly staff. But since the beginning of the Corona period, I don't recognize many employees. When entering the shop, the focus is no longer on the friendly hello or the greeting, but only on the mask madness. The salespeople are constantly correcting you like; Please wear the mask higher, wider, lower, take a shopping cart and keep your distance. The customer gets the feeling of a plague bird and is generally under general suspicion. Since we currently don't feel so comfortable there, we will probably not see each other again anytime soon.

Sausage and meat always fresh there are also well-selected frozen goods alongside the fresh goods.

The CAP market is doing a great job, especially during the corona pandemic, disinfectant spray and gel at the entrance and everyone is only allowed to enter the CAP market with a shopping cart. If there is no shopping cart available at the moment, then you can just wait, because this is for our own safety and that of our fellow human beings. It is also not wrong to point out the one or the other mask grouch about wearing the mask correctly. One must also not forget that people with handicaps also have a job here and we do not know what handicap it is. Therefore, I find the duty of care of those responsible understandable and implemented to the best of my knowledge. Unfortunately, you miss that again in most shopping centers, at the beginning there was a concept but the provit probably counts more! For our older Grafenwälder in particular, the CAP store is very important in order to cover their everyday needs, because they cannot even do their bulk shopping at Aldi. In addition, it is used for communication especially for older people and since we are all getting older, I hope that this market will stay with us for a long time, even if I have been annoyed about the permanently stressed superiors, I think it's great that People with disabilities are offered a chance here 👍!
