I bought goods of very poor quality at massively overpriced prices. Although email contacts ask to be contacted, no one can be reached by phone. After returning the goods, I was informed that, as a doctor's practice, I had no right of cancellation and would have to pick up the goods or pay the shipping costs again. If it was still not possible to contact us by phone despite about 20 attempts and several emails, the offer was made to take back the goods for a "storage fee" of approx. 150 €. Never experienced so little service and so little goodwill!
