Lack of communication. Reported storm damage to the EFH, which should be inspected by Mr. Fröhlich-Dietrich. Then I should be called back. Since I still haven't heard anything from Mr. F.-D. heard, I took the initiative and called them again. Mr. F.-D. apologized and said he had forgotten. He would make it up and then call me. In fact, he called back a few days later and spoke on AB because I couldn't answer the phone. From that moment on, I called them 50 times to get more information about the storm damage and the expected costs. It was transferred from the landline number to Mr. F.-D. diverted. Either you didn't want to speak to me (nobody picked it up) or the mobile phone was switched off. In my opinion, you can't run a company like that. I hope the company will not go under due to a lack of communication and ignorance towards the customer. Since I have been waiting in vain for a response to this day, I can unfortunately only award 1 star. Conclusion: The order has already been handed over to another company.
