Unfortunately, you cannot rely on the opening times. Since a handwritten note is simply hung on the door that they open later today ... had to take a detour. What a shame for that

I can not really understand the negative reviews. I have parcels delivered here more often and I am always received in a friendly manner.

Today I went to the branch with 80 letters and a package. During the pasting of the parcel, the Post employee said that you can give me the stamps and I have to put them on myself. Then I told her that I would go to the main post office with the letters and the parcel because they have a machine there to do this. The employee then refused to return the parcel (my property) or to cancel the shipment. If something like that happens next time, I wouldn't hesitate to call the police. I've never seen anything like it. Filed a complaint. Apparently, this branch has been noticed several times.

Not even 1 STAR earned! 🤔 2 years ago it was still great! You bought cardboard. He was given tesa and scissors to pack it ...! Today you have to buy scissors and tesa additionally in the SHOP ... !! 🧐🤷♀️ Rude from the beginning!
