We approached Ms. Zell some time ago with a request for your legal assessment in a tax matter. The telephone contact was quite positive and so we got all the necessary documents, there were quite a few to copy and send Ms. Zell. We are still waiting for the promised feedback and also for our documents. It was 6 weeks ago !! Of course, we cannot allow ourselves to be judged on the technical skills, but the behavior shown would in no way justify a positive assessment.
