Would like to get an explanation from them. Fact: On April 10th, 2018 I rented a car from you. Afterwards the car was returned to them personally without any harm. On April 18, 2018 everything paid Everything was in order. Today I got a letter from 3rd company. Would love to know what actually happened. An invoice / reminder after 2 years? What happened at Europcar? Dear 4 stars stay for your coming answer.

Prices are good. Unfortunately, I did not get the vehicle classes that were selected. I was also not informed about the change. The car was not completely clean, but there was no damage. The handover was quick and uncomplicated.
