Here I experienced the best customer service I've ever had. We had an open ear for all questions and tried to make the impossible possible ourselves. We came due to an accident and we received quick and unbureaucratic help. All repairs were carried out quickly and to the absolute satisfaction. The lady at the reception is particularly worth mentioning. Unfortunately I don't know the name. I would give her 10 stars immediately. Thank you for the good support and the very good repair work.

In 2013 my car was repaired there after a front damage. The company works with car insurance companies ... Here is the "catch". At first everything was great and well done in terms of appearance. Who will keep a car for another 7 years today? Especially since the car was already 9 years old in 2013. The motto here is that the person concerned no longer has the car before it becomes apparent that savings are being made at the wrong end. The paint on the front spoiler is peeling off. I got to know the experts and found out that on the one hand it is not an original bumper from the manufacturer of the vehicle and on the other hand no primer was applied at the time, so that the problems described arise over time. This is not okay with me, which is why I will no longer hand in a vehicle there.
