A clean and neat atmosphere as well as a nice receptionist awaited me on my first visit to this workshop. Time was immediately taken for me or my problem with the car and you immediately noticed that there was not only friendliness but also extraordinary competence. I felt very well advised, the car was fixed quickly and on really fair terms. Even if it is not the workshop that is closest to my place of residence, this will surely become my main workshop if something should happen again with the car. Out of conviction I like to give full stars.
Ok, as an old customer of Walterscheidt, I was very surprised when I entered the sales room. All long-established employees gone. A new team was waiting for me. Well others too. I was excited. My first impression was clean and nice. A lot of time was taken to answer my questions. For my little problem, time was taken immediately and the price-performance ratio was okay. It must be said that this was not always the case in the past. Now let's see how it develops. I think the team is making a good effort and the workshop will also integrate itself in these times. Friendliness and good service are there.
