Purchased device Launch x431 PRO4 worth 2000 euros. Worst diagnostic device for too high a price. Any copy from ebay or aliexpress will work better for you than if you opt for the original device.
Support mocks common sense and deceives me as a customer just to avoid a complaint.
Mr. Wittich was extremely competent and friendly. Thanks to him, all software problems were promptly resolved. Perfect performance 👍
Unfortunately, I am not enthusiastic about the support there. Every time I get a call back, which never comes, of course, and then I call again and again. Not great for products in this price range.
