We bought a vehicle there, were well advised and the additional requests were implemented professionally! Very friendly and mostly you can come by immediately if there are little things like reading out the source of error. Price / performance is good!

A few months ago we bought an older used vehicle from CAN that had a problem with the tax cleaning. As part of the warranty, the problem was resolved cleanly and without any problems and this despite a really stubborn error that required 4 repair attempts with several spare parts (differential pressure sensor, Eolys, finally replacement of the entire soot particle filter). With every complaint we were treated in a friendly and courteous manner and you didn't have the feeling you wanted to get rid of the annoying customers, but you really tried to make us satisfied every time. Since the vehicle had to go to the workshop several times and for several days, a replacement vehicle was provided to us free of charge and / or we were brought home if necessary. Since the repair required longer test drives, they even wanted to reimburse the fuel used. All this, mind you, not for a new vehicle of 30,000 €, but for a used vehicle under 3,000 € purchase price at which, due to the spare parts to be installed and the time required, no big profit could be made. Apparently they are really trying not to do a short, quick deal, but to win customers over the long term. With us at least it worked. We are very satisfied and will therefore also drive our other vehicle to the workshop in the future and recommend it to others.
