Very, very unfriendly employees, always annoyed, stressed and running away. Seems to be common in Erft Karre in general. Insufficient range. The icing on the cake was that aggressive security let me into the store today. There were no more shopping carts from dm. I wasn't allowed to take a penny car, and I was turned away several times. Zero customer service. Then went TO the rossmann, there were baskets (because of the covid measures), in the Rossman they were also much friendlier. In addition, there was no aggressive security, but Rossmann employees who kindly pointed out baskets. I don't go to you anymore. You lost me here in Kerpen! I don't get pimped so aggressively. You live on my money and not the other way around!
