I go to Rossmann very often myself, but every time I see the staff screaming, the little children screaming at them. Just amazing. I also just experienced it myself with my friends. But other things are quite good

I give a star for the goods I always find. Unfortunately, the employees are all very rude and unfriendly, especially the lady small, petite, a little dark skin, think Moroccan or Tunisian ancestry, she is very inhuman and helpful, especially not it be it with customer advice or if you ask about the baby changing room you are immediately turned away and unfriendly would not be possible and in a screaming tone that my children got scared of it.
