With the best will in the world, I cannot confirm that the customer is king here. I needed a vaccine this summer that wasn't available anywhere at the time. Then I was told that I should just keep dropping by. At some point the remedy would be there. My request to just give me a call was rejected outright. I have been a customer in this pharmacy for decades and have made a turnover of around € 2,000 a year because I constantly need the same, expensive drugs. Now I've switched to the Sebastianus pharmacy (around the corner on Aachener Str.). Calling me there was no problem. It worked out fine and I am very satisfied with the service. No more market pharmacy !!!!

Really good service! The owner is always available and very competent. He left it open longer so that we could still get the medication for our daughter! Great service !!!!

My wife had a cold and so I went to Königsdorf for emergency services. The employee was very friendly and helpful
