One star is too much! Unfortunately we had our roof made by BWK. However, more than big sayings are not to be expected. Approximately 1.5 years later there were water stains in the area of ​​the roof window. It was touched up once, but without success. About 1 year later water stains came back in the same area. The fitter looked at it again (always had rude to cheeky sayings) and couldn't find anything. So he went and wanted to speak to his colleague again. Despite repeated calls over the phone and asking for a call back, no one answered. Of course there were also accusations, this is due to incorrect ventilation :) Funny that the spots always appear when it rains for several days. 1x water even ran in properly. But is this due to incorrect ventilation ?! They probably couldn't find out for themselves what a mess they were doing. An impossible company. If someone knows a competent roofer or bottle maker nearby, I would be grateful for a recommendation!
