After several calls to the boss, no one answered the phone. Quotation should be prepared, details were discussed and sent by email. No one has ever contacted me again, let alone nobody answered the cell phone. WhatsApp didn't work either. Multiple calls were probably ignored. Can only agree with the previous review.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company! After a site visit, I was given an oral pledge with the agreement in about 6-7 weeks the work (different things) would begin! After I reported to him weeks later, as discussed with him, I was reassured again! Meanwhile, the rainy season has begun ... Contact attempts (Mobile & WhatsAPP) were successfully ignored! With a, unknown to him phone number, then came a phone call! On my request regarding a start of work came only the statement: "I just do not have time!" My urge is that as discussed for. Once only the seal (Einblechung) to the neighboring building (which is very important to avoid moisture damage) could be done, came only the statement, "I should stop there, something, that will work!" When I asked why he had it in the last few weeks (almost 10 weeks), it was not just planned with, I just got an annoyed answer that it's just .... I would not have been upset if I had been told from the beginning that I can not accommodate it in time! Then, before the rainy autumn, I would have had enough time to look for another company! Unfortunately, it is currently the case that the craftsman companies have become almost arrogant towards the client due to the currently NOCH good order situation! Here we have the best example in my opinion! But pride is known to fall, and times will change again!
