Stay away from this company! I can hardly put my anger into words! Mr. Frank was with us once and looked at the jobs we described. He was there quickly, was also friendly and promised to send an estimate in the next week. He took a piece of sample wood with him to possibly get spare parts from it. After two weeks I asked where the cost estimate was. It was said that he was also waiting for a cost estimate from the scaffolding contractor. he'll get in touch. After another three weeks I asked again, he was sick. He wanted to get in touch in two weeks. Nothing! So I called again and they said he was so busy, but he would be in touch within the next two weeks. Nothing! I then called again and asked to be called back. Nothing! Now 5 months have passed without said gentleman in any way declaring himself for this catastrophic behavior. What a business manner!

The first impression was great. Sounded professional and even brought bricks to look at the next day. He wanted to have the offer ready within the next week and if the current construction goes well, our roof could be started in 3 weeks !! After 2 weeks we asked what the offer was like. Answer: there is a lot to do but he makes sure that it will be finished in the next few days. A total of 6 weeks after the inspection (the work on our roof should have started 3 weeks ago) we asked again about the offer, the only answer was the word "lasts" Almost 2 months have now passed and we have neither received an offer nor heard anything. For me, this behavior is definitely absolutely unprofessional and a cheek. It is okay if you don't say something at the specified time, but there was neither an apology nor an information and that is not okay. We relied on it and now have no one left to make our roof for us this year.
