The nice gentleman came with his trainee a few minutes after I called, but no emergency service was charged. He opened the door again without damaging the lock and only calculated the journey with a very small amount. On top of that he asked me without being asked what could be improved in terms of security. Clearly recommendable! 👍👍👍
