I ordered a pizza that arrived after 2 hours and then I was told cheekily that I should please pay a tip even though the pizza was completely cold, and above all the pizza tasted like cardboard
I ordered 2 pizzas to Habbelrath and both pizzas were uncut, the supplier told me that it costs € 20 (!!!), then I asked for the receipt.
And there I realized too late that I was being charged for a more expensive pizza that I had not ordered and that the total price was only € 17.
When ordering, I made an order surcharge of € 2.50 in advance, which was then quickly rounded up to € 3.
I never had to make this surcharge, which is why I was surprised, but I could not have known that I would be surprised with an uncut pizza, an increased (unfounded) surcharge and a more expensive pizza on the receipt.
Overall, I am very negatively surprised and cannot recommend any further
One star is still too many. I let myself wait a long time on Saturday evening. But again wrong dish delivered (or don't know the difference between tortellini and gnocchi) and the sauce was the purest disgusting mush. You couldn't tell if it was gratinated, the cheese was so pale and the pasta lukewarm. The quality is so in the basement. Never again
We order from time to time, on the whole we are actually satisfied, unfortunately the quality is not always the same, one time pizza dough is very dry, or the champions are lacking in salad
I / we understand that prices have risen to Corona, but then the quality must remain the same
