Horrible experience, by far the worst service and attitude we have ever come across. I usually do not post reviews, especially negative ones, but this was required to be done. To start with, the food was below average (knowing the authentic Indian food) We went for a dine-in and the ambience was not apt for a family lunch/dinner (which is OK if you are in for a quick stop-over for food). The above is still acceptable, because all of us do not have the same taste buds. The worst of all, was the attitude of the hotel supervisor or the manager. We had initially made an order for an Indian dish called Biriyani amongst few other dishes that we asked for. The waiter had (accidentally - which we later discovered) delivered a Raita as well along with the Biriyani. In most restaurants this is also provided along with the Biriyani, so this didnt come as a surprise (this is an usual side provided along with Biriyani). At the time of paying the bill (which he didn't give us in the first place), he had added an additional amount for the Raita as well (something we never ordered at all). We told him, we didn't ask for it at all, and thought this was usually served with the Biriyani. He started abusing us that you are an Engineer, can't you even pay this X amount, without even giving a pause for us to explain. He said it's on the menu card and so he will charge. Had he been kind enough in apologizing for the incorrect service by the waiter, we would have been more than happy to pay whatever he needed. He used filthy language to scold the waiter (which is completely unacceptable) in front of the customers. On the whole, there was no code of decorum and 0 professionalism. It was the worst experience and was nowhere being close to polite. Sometimes, it's not about spending the money when it's no fault of yours. But these kind of experiences simply ruins your day - and this is completely unacceptable. However, I must appreciate that the waiter was really brave enough to accept to his boss that yes, we did not order for it at all, and that it was their mistake that they did not notify us. Thank you, dear man! We would never be there again!

We ordered for the first time today. The food was really very good! It tasted great. I can recommend the 325a. A note on the rest of the reviews. Who orders a burger or schnitzel in an Indian restaurant and then complains that it wasn't good? There are people...

The Indian food was only partially edible, and we got a burnt burger with it. The burger bun was totally burnt and rock hard, we didn't even try the fries. If I were the chef, I would never serve that to a customer. I can only recommend where to order other food. Miserable, never again !!!!!

Eating can be done although man areas do not have the ability to make food.
