Ordered 2 burgers: 1x180g cheesburger with normal fries, 1x 340g BBQ with curley fries (extra charge!). Advised delivery time: 59 min (which is really long!). Received after 1.5 hours (!): Two normal 180g cheesburgers, both with normal fries - full price paid because: You only see wrong delivery when unpacking! Taste O.K. to good (delicious pretzel roll!) fries still sufficiently crunchy, salad delicious.

We ordered there to deliver yesterday at 8pm. On the phone a young lady (by voice) who actually had to spell EVERYTHING is really not a lie. When nothing was delivered after an hour and a half, we called again. We were told that the driver had an accident and the food had to be made again. Well, it can happen, it was Friday the 13th After another waiting time of 1 hour we called again: they put us off with demand and offered to call us back. Nothing happened!!! We called 4 times. On the 5th call we were pushed away, on the 6th call nobody knew which of us nor an order. We were then told that preparation / delivery at this time is no longer possible🤣 Unfriendliness, awkwardness, ignorance and indifference characterize this restaurant! How rude we were treated. No matter how good it tastes there: us, and we like to eat well outside or by order, you will never be welcomed again as a customer or guest !!!
