I was there this morning as an emergency, because my family doctor unfortunately has holidays. I have it very bad with the circulation and I have already collapsed and have also suffered a laceration. I just wanted to have a medicine to have something to the end of the holiday in case of emergency, but as far as it was not, the staff went out of their way, but the doctor in passing told me that the examinations were okay otherwise the doctor paid no attention. This point is only for the staff and the doctor has not earned any points. Too bad for the good staff.

Very very rude !! Unfortunately I had to call this practice because my family doctor and their representative are on vacation. After someone answered the phone and I wanted to describe my complaints (so that the Mfa knows what is going on at all), I am promptly interrupted with the statement "Now no hours of explanations" I was so shocked by this statement (I'm an Mfa myself and I don't have that in practice) I just replied "how unfriendly are you, where is there such a thing" And immediately hung up again. A star is definitely too much. I will never call this practice any more. Now I am here with my complaints before the weekend.

Miss Dr. Wetter has been my doctor of choice for more than a decade, and I'm consistently satisfied. She has a positive and caring atmosphere. I am convinced that she really wants to help people. For them you are not a number or "another patient", but are perceived and treated humanely and personally. Medically she is very experienced but also always up to date.
