I was always happy with treatments other than last treatment. I can't say that the therapist was bad, he didn't know what treatment was appropriate for me. When I addressed this at the reception and asked why the therapists were changing, I received an answer that they are not my tasks. Previously I always had a therapist who carried out 6 therapies, who knew exactly which treatment I needed. I can understand there are exceptions (vacation, illness, etc.), but when the therapist jumps from one patient to another it is difficult to study the patient's document every time. your receptionist doesn't have to be rude to the patient. Thanks to the therapists who treated me.

I only know the treatment by Mr. Zichel himself and I have to say that I know of no more competent therapist than him. I am very satisfied and can recommend him absolutely and without restriction!
