Dear practice team, thank you for this great support in my healing process. After contacting me by phone, I received appointments directly within a few days and was able to start therapy immediately after a double broken foot. Over the period I had a total of 3 therapists. I felt very comfortable and can only recommend the practice. I hope we won't see each other professionally, but I would be very happy if we run into each other again. THANK YOU!

The treatments are doing me very well ... I feel really well looked after there ... very recommendable.

Stay away from this "practice" !! The following happened and showed me that this practice is not really helpful if you want to get healthy. What many other reviews already say. An 84 year old patient with two artificial hips was there for physiotherapy. That day he should be on the leg press. This incompetent "helper" (who acted like a doctor) meant to set the leg press to 80 kg and the 84 year old should press it 3 x 10. The "helper" was aware that the hip was no longer holding properly and had jumped out several times. Still, he insisted on the exercise. The statement of this "helper" was: "The patient weighs 80 kg so he can also push 80 kg ... The 84 year old patient struggled and the end was that he was in extreme pain for several days. I went to the practice to ask if it was all right. This cheeky "helper" kept saying that the hip cannot jump out (is he a doctor?). The very nice lady at the front desk (probably the second boss) just shook her head and said that something like that didn't work at all but you should speak to the boss again. This then called timely and then said that it was normal. After the conversation was not satisfactory, I wanted to end it quickly. In the end, however, she showed me her level of education again. She just said: "Why is he doing this? He carries the 80 kg when walking every day. Then you can press them too…. I only told her that I myself go to a gym and owners like the trainers just shook their heads. Her answer: “These trainers in these studios all have no idea”…. Aha but you ... .. This sentence alone told me that this woman has no idea what she's doing. And this helper especially not. I would even go so far as to put the patients' health at risk. The whole thing was passed on….
