dubious business conduct Hello everybody, You will surely remember our serious problem of the improper roofer and metal construction work on our house in Frechen by the company Over Dach! It all started with the offer from Over Dach from October 2018 for 52,000 euros for roofing work on our roof terrace. After we had placed the order, Over Dach started work at short notice. In the course of the work, the question arose, who will mount the glass railing on the Over Dach product ?! Erroneously with the broadcast of the associated core competence, Mr. Marcel Heinze, the technical manager, informed us that Over Dach can take on this task without any problems, as shown in his advertisement on the company's homepage. In the opinion of the company, the work was completed in March 2019 and the 52,000 euros became over 96,000 euros which were paid immediately due to massive threatening phone calls from the management !!! The management even exerted pressure on the clerk of the Sparkasse without shame to have the invoice transferred immediately, although the services knowingly and intentionally, as it turned out afterwards, do not correspond to the recognized rules of technology, both in the actual core competence of roofers and in metal construction! !! Over Dach did not react to justified complaints ... at best, there was a game of cat and mouse with Mr Bless' own legal advisor, which was only intended to cover up. In June 2019 I could not hold back on my disappointment and rated the company on Google! This was followed by expert appointments in July and October with Mr. SV Paffrath for the roofing trade and Mr. SV Mantik for the metal construction trade. The results are clear! ALL SCRAP AND DEFECTIVE (we are happy to share the reports on request) !!! The pictures where the water on the roof terrace is so high that you can drive a boat there, the railing which is crooked, crooked and wobbly because it is not professional and on wrong rusting metal brackets and is not fully assembled where our 5 year old is Daughter stands crying you can still remember !!! We would be happy to show you the pictures again as a souvenir upon request! In February of this year, Mr. Marcel Heinze contacted me and informed me that Over Dach would like to fix the errors and would like to bring the project to a conclusion and that the deficiencies would be remedied based on the reports and that I should remove my truthful negative reviews on Google in return . No sooner said than done, I removed the reviews and Over Dach started work in May and again believes the work is done !!! Mr. Heinze has attended various meetings with metal workers to find a solution for his improper installation of the railing. When we received cost estimates for the railing construction with assembly and we wanted to pass them on to Over Dach, we were told in succession that they were not needed. Which translated means, customer pay for your things yourself! We do not cover the costs even though Over Dach has collected almost 30,000 euros for a pile of scrap and advertised to have taken over the planning, statics and execution in our building project! The roofing work that Over Dach carried out in May is more reminiscent of tamping and mending with the ulterior motive, we'll do something and the customer is reassured and quiet because we have managed to wear him down for over 1.5 years and sit out the matter . Long story short, Over Dach has had full money for over 1.5 years and plays for time. How would you describe the business practice? Rip off, kidding or systematically fraud on customers ??? Words fail me ... I will keep you updated !!!!
