ATTENTION TO REQUEST FOR OFFER: We have explicitly requested a free offer to replace a roof window. The company sent two people over for this. We later declined the offer in favor of another company. Now we have been given an invoice of just under 125 (!) Euros for the preparation of the offer. Please note these costs when requesting a quote.

Doesn't keep appointments, just doesn't appear. As a customer, you have to make a call afterwards for new appointments, and if an appointment is made it is only delayed
