Appointment made and did not appear. You can also cancel an appointment so that you don't have to wait 2 hours. Very bad!

2 weeks ago made an appointment, this was moved 3 times. Last request whether the craftsmen would come: `` You are on the way and only bring material ``. No one has appeared, a joke, even on the phone no accessibility. If the work looks appropriate, then keep your fingers away from this operation!

Friendly and uncomplicated appointment for a planned roof terrace renovation. Then again the appointment confirmed on my part. BUT THEN: NOT to date. NO longer available by phone. NO callback, although telephone number and mail address were noted at the first contact. No response to my answering machine messages. If you can not or do not accept orders, that's okay. But such a deal is just a joke.
