A Kundalini yoga class with Jelka is always a treat for body and soul. No matter how I felt before, I can be sure that I will be clear and relaxed afterwards. The yoga classes in summer in the great outdoors (in the Hainpark) are particularly beautiful. Fortunately, in Corona times, Jelka offers online lessons via Jitsi Meet.

Jelka's massages are really a dream. She is so sensitive and noticeable that I always feel very comfortable with her. And what's special is: I can still feel the effect after a few days.

I have already attended various Kundalini Yoga classes several times. Every time after that I was full of energy and completely with myself. At Jelka's Kundalini Lessons I was able to have an even more holistic experience, because she not only accompanied us in the practical part, warmly and warmly, but also explained her profound knowledge and connections in a simple and understandable manner, such as our chakra theory Endocrine system and effect / function of the exercises.
