I came into an Ayurvedic relaxation program at its best with a lot of stress and a slight revision. I especially enjoyed traveling from Stuttgart to Bamberg (beautiful city). The Ayurvedic team really took care of everything. Great ambience in the rooms and delicious food (especially the Chai monastery). Keep it up!
In my job, I had a stressful phase and a friendly doctor gave me the tip once "right down" with an Ayurveda cure. The Pancha Karma cure of Ayurvedica in Bamberg was thoroughly thought out and I was able to regenerate in a short time. I was cared for very lovingly and paid attention to many details during the cure. Special thanks to dr. Wachsmuth, because my latent feeling of exhaustion is gone and I have energy right now! Why only travel to India for a long time, when a week of Ayurvedic treatment in Bamberg is enough?
