At the beginning I was allowed to wait 80 minutes despite an appointment. Subsequently, the rental car handover went very smoothly. After the rental car was returned, costs were raised (with alleged signatures that were never passed!), Which were never completed. I didn’t get stuck at these costs, but it’s not a nice experience. To top it off, my car also had a deep scratch after being towed.

I complained to the ADAC about this company because the driver works very unfriendly and according to his statement with Corona and that's why I was offered to continue by taxi. And then he wanted to bring my car over in 2 to 3 days. Halllooooo for about 50 km up to 3 days
