You usually look for offers in vain - Monday offers are no longer available on the same day, confess after 2 days and even so you don't get a lot of things not replenished

How can you set up bleach for hand disinfection at a drugstore ??? I used it and it probably got some splashes on my new jeans. It's now for the bin ... maybe the branch manager will contact me and offer me compensation .. Addendum 11/17/20 In the branch I was asked to send my complaint to Rossmann by email. Then the answer came that no claims for damages could be asserted, as this was pointed out on signs. However, according to the product data sheets, the disinfectants listed in the mail do not contain any bleach.

Unfriendly staff. Never again. We'll be out again immediately.

I'm just shocked..very unfriendly store manager. Just disrespectful. Problems are solved by ignoring them. I would much rather go shopping in the DM !! I will definitely not go into this branch again .. unfortunately it is not the first time that you have been treated like rubbish! 1 star, because otherwise I cannot send the review, otherwise -10 stars: From now on, bulk purchases will be made in the DM.
