A negative rating only applies to the service (not related to products / goods). Today, on December 23rd, 2020, while the retail trade and various small shops are practically idle, we made a conscious decision to buy our wines and chocolates here (including a journey of several kilometers). Unfortunately, we were so disappointed with the service and the lack of friendliness of the seller that we even regretted our purchase afterwards. Everywhere you can read that the small businesses are about the massive competition from supermarkets / wholesalers / etc. complain (partly rightly!) - what we then cannot understand at all is that if you are lucky enough to open the shop during the lockdown, your service is presented so badly that we, as a paying customer, have a bad feeling about the shop leave. Shouldn't service be the top priority in small shops like this one?!? We are not concerned with exaggerated expectations (red carpet or similar), but merely with a minimum level of service - especially since we could have bought the goods elsewhere (there are many options in Remscheid and the surrounding area). And no, the place wasn't full or the atmosphere was stressful - obviously we were just annoying! Conclusion: Your basic attitude, dear sales team, should urgently be reconsidered! We will definitely no longer shop here - not due to poor product quality, but simply due to the lack of customer service!
