Summary: I do not recommend renting from Best Place. They have morally questionable contracts, and their communication and customer service is below all levels. At this moment, I have 46 unanswered emails (August 2019 - July 2020) and they have been maliciously and illegally withholding money from me for almost over a year. I rented a garage from Best Place for a couple of years in Berlin. Be careful with the price offer in the contract. They lure you in with a cheap discount and then they increase the price really quickly, steadily and sneaky, and you will be tied to the contract for quite a while. When I moved to another country, an issue occurred and my bills weren't automatically deducted from my account anymore. I was contacted about the open standing amount in August 2019. I got an overview of their prices per month and had to calculate the full sum myself, which I then immediately paid in 2 installments. I wanted to get confirmation that they had received my payments and, but nobody took responsibility or ownership at Best Place. After multiple times trying to contact them without an answer (!), I finally got one in December 2019. In fact, I had paid too much, and this because their initial bill didn't state the end date of my contract deliberately making me believe that the contract was still ongoing. We are now July 2020, almost a year later, and I still have not received the money they owe me. They have been ignoring my emails, and calls, and a lawyer has been contacted on this case. On the rare occasion that they do answer (which happened one time on the phone), they will make all sorts of excuses and tell you stories without actually doing something.

Unfortunately, the service here has deteriorated significantly. General condition of the underground car park system no longer good 😖.

The door is always open, it is dirty inside, a window in the pedestrian door is broken and it is not repaired. I do not know why I'm still paying rent for it.

Expensive and always changes to the lease. Annoying and already terminated
