I cannot recommend it to others due to the unfriendliness. The employees also had different opinions about the treatment I should get. Appointments that I got were canceled shortly afterwards and I had to switch to the new appointments, which is not easy with my working hours. When I had to cancel a second appointment due to illness, I was billed directly for it! Wait until today for an adequate clarification! So from this team, I'd rather stay away from it in the future.
The first contact a patient has is the reception. And that's where I see the biggest flaw in this practice. One of the ladies is extremely rude and proves to be uncooperative. Appointments were postponed by the practice, finding new ones turned out to be extremely difficult, and in the end I was forced to cancel the treatment because it was simply not possible to guarantee continuous treatment. The next time it will be a different practice!
