Everything worked out very well. We built an EFH. We took part in the planning right away, and coordination went very well. Execution was professional, we are very satisfied. At the next house with pleasure again. :-)

Schlichting company is very reliable and friendly. We were always well advised! Gladly again.

Unfortunately we cannot give 0 stars !! We had our bathroom and heating installation in our new building carried out by Schlichting, with the result that we had to have water damage repaired shortly before moving into our own home, which meant that we could only move in 6 weeks late !!! Unfortunately, Schlichting did not feel responsible for any of the defects you caused, nor have we received compensation or even an apology for the damage and defects caused! Instead, we were informed by the GF that we had received a benefit from your insurance company instead of realizing that the insurance company only compensated the costs of the damage caused! And only with constant anger! The defects caused were partly fixed by Schlichting, but not all! The statements on the construction site were partly not very competent or professional, with a few exceptions, but they are no longer active in the company! Unauthorized decisions were made on the construction site without having been informed or asked beforehand, even though an implementation plan with all the information was available, which then led to the various deficiencies. Furthermore, the communication with the employees sitting in the house is very tedious and at times very stressful. Unfortunately also here partly not very nice or accommodating as one would expect as a CUSTOMER. All in all, we are very disappointed with Schlichting and can NOT really recommend them to anyone unless someone has fun bothering with construction defects and their causes! (P.S. there is not enough space here for all defects and facts)

Appointments can be made quickly and easily. Most fitters are competent and work solution-oriented. The ladies in customer service / at headquarters are sometimes a little researched and unfriendly. Is very dependent on people and day form. The managing director has good ideas, for example for a new bathroom design. There is a star deduction for the ladies and an offer that is meaningless if it is not written by the business or project management.

Competent offer discussion and good execution of the work at my parents. The problem was solved very quickly. Highly recommended 👍
