The staff is very customer-unfriendly, if you have any questions you are left standing and can wait forever. Yesterday we were there to print photos, when problems with the machine occurred, the seller was asked if she could help. She said rather snappily that she first had to make her "round" and we should wait. After ten minutes the whole photo editing procedure from the beginning on another machine. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and still nobody helped.
