Despite communicating with them for over a month in preparation for a trip, they failed to let me know how long the vaccination and testing process lasts, so I ended up arriving at my departure date paperless and with a month and bunch of money spent on nothing.

I love coming to this vet practice. A super friendly, loving and empathetic team. If my animal (regardless of whether it was a chameleon or a turtle) got sick, it was always acted very quickly. The last time my chameleon died suddenly, I even found a mourning card in my mailbox. I was so pleased and surprised about it. I've never had anything like it.

At the beginning with "normal" topics we were very satisfied. Our puppy had diarrhea again and again and was always given tablets and expensive veterinary food. It never got better and there was never another method / examination. Blood test only at our own request. Fortunately, we are now somewhere else where severe inflammation has been diagnosed.

Beautiful premises, the doctor explained wonderfully during the examination. Our cat was even downright relaxed at times, only missing the purr ... Unfortunately the car journey is a bit too long for our sweetie ... If we could manage that, I would immediately make this practice my home practice!
