He can't handle budgerigars. I had been with him on a weekend in the evening. I had young budgies and didn't know how to feed them and what to look out for etc. I was promptly told: well they don't come anyway because they can feed them to a cat, so I was allowed to pay money for me he missed his job.

I brought my rabbit to him to vaccinate and the animal became totally panicked! He grabbed it by the collar (which can cause the animal to get bruises), then the animal jumps madly through the practice and has pulled out a claw ... So he is very rough with small animals .. My other rabbits were also afraid of him although I actually own tame animals ..
