Very nice staff. We were quickly at the scene of the accident in the middle of the night and tried very hard to get out of the situation as well as possible. Even weeks later, which they shouldn't have done. Many Thanks!

Nice staff, reasonable costs / stand fee. Unfortunately, the vehicle in the accident was damaged unnecessarily by the transport: To lift it, a steel cable was stretched through the open driver and passenger door. As a result, the A-pillars or the transition to the roof area were dented, the interior trim and the headliner were destroyed (these were undamaged after the accident). In addition, the doors were then thrown shut, damaging the window frames on both doors. A little more care and vehicles suitable for transport would therefore be desirable.

I worked professionally with many towing services in Germany, today I was on the customer side. Many tugs are in a bad mood, don't feel like it and are not very helpful. I felt very well cared for here. The dear Lord worked quickly and still took the time to listen and help me. Thank you ☺️👍
