The friendliness is with some staff inside not far away. There are by far branches with friendlier staff.

Unfriendly employee. Only my 80 year old mother and today each time both times at the box office memorable treatment .... Since I am here in Hagen in this very different spoiled!

A nice and well-stocked branch. Nice staff and short waiting times at the cash register.

A bigger rossmann. Like all stores of the chain well sorted. A cashier more at the cash register would not be bad.

Rude employee at the checkout. Would have been on the shelf that does not exist or cannot be scanned. Seemed to be annoyed at work. It really has no business to sell.
