Warten seit über zwei Stunden auf zwei Dönerteller! Haben mittlerweile dreimal dort angerufen. Das war unsere erste und letzte Bestellung bei denen. Bin gespannt ob die überhaupt noch kommen. Hatten eine Frist gesetzt, ansonsten können die ihre Lieferung wieder mitnehmen. Ich lasse mich doch nicht verarschen. Oh, ein Anruf.... Essen wird jetzt erst zubereitet 😀 Haben den Zettel jetzt erst gesehen 🤔 Okay, haben Hunger, warten dann doch noch. Dann drei Stunden auf einen Dönerteller warten...in der Zeit bin ich schon längst in die Türkei geflogen. Sind gespannt wie es weitergeht 🤔

Edit: I was really annoyed about it, but I find the courtesy of the owner very friendly. It shows me that you don't just accept mistakes like this, as I suspected on Sunday. Nice action !! I ordered a pizza and one filled bun at 7:20 p.m. After an hour I was called to tell me that the pizza topping is no longer there. I asked if they were kidding me that two things would get a call like this after an hour. No one was interested in my complaint at all, there wasn't even an apology on the phone. The supplier then got my anger unjustified. I will never order there again. That it takes a while on a Sunday evening, no problem, but to call after an hour and say that I can't have my meal like this and then without apologizing is absurd!

Have ordered there. Delivery time of 50 minutes was exceeded by 30 minutes. Ordered a 26cm pizza for € 7.10 and got a 24cm diameter. It's not the only delivery service that does that. Unfortunately, it wasn't that great in terms of taste. My schnitzel tasted like the styrofoam. The pizza was unfortunately also very disappointing. Portions very small in my opinion and the supplier just didn't have the mask under his nose. I think it's a shame, won't order there anymore. I only give the second star because otherwise I would have a guilty conscience.
