A little muddy, but the A1 hiking trail that starts here (approx. 1.5-2h) is great. Also ideal as a round with a dog: natural forest and in between a stream to romp around.

From here you can take wonderful walks through the forest. The big round is about 2 km. Shorter circular routes are possible.

Very good starting point for circular routes of different lengths in the Muttental, easily accessible and large enough for larger hiking groups. Safe for parked cars - no incident in 25 years of use; when it is very hot there are still enough shady forest paths here, so it's good for a walk with the dog; however, dogs should be kept on a leash, as there are wild stocks in the undergrowth; Since the paths are smooth and well-maintained, elderly people or those with slight disabilities can also take walks in the forest here.
