Bought a multitronic gearbox on their Ebay page, and would only have driven 35.000 km. Got a faulty gear box that looks like running 200.000 km. The company has lot of gearboxes for sale all with low km. (35000 km). How is it ever possible to have 10-15 gearboxes where all is dismantled at 35000 km. The company does not respond to my inquiries!

A great company. The foreign employees are screwing gears in the dirt on the floor. Cleanliness? To die for. Then a refurbished automatic transmission is sold. Reverse gear does not work. Then after 3 months no complaint processing. Then there is no gear at all in the automatic transmission. Claim..?. Not with us. This is not due to the gearbox! You then no longer answer the phone. This is about quick money. Careful repair of gearboxes is unlikely to happen. Check out other things to do ... your money will thank you ..
Vehicle with bearing damage in the DSG gearbox (SEAT Leon 1.8 TSI with just under 80,000 KM) delivered Wednesday morning. Thursday morning the phone call: "The car is ready, the bearing was damaged. Noise removed."
I reported on Tuesday, brought the car there on Wednesday and the car was ready to be picked up on Thursday. The problem is completely gone and I can only say: hats off. Very professional, easy to reach at any time and very friendly - Thank you!
If there are no problems, the repair was completely satisfactory. So a clear recommendation. Communication with customers and administration could be improved. Always available. however, initially the feedback was a bit sparse. A clear and written offer in advance, which shows gross and net, would also not be bad. Absolute professionalism looks different. All in all, everything went very well, thanks to the team in Espenau.
