Chausson drivers who have not bought a vehicle there will be treated like the last D .... I've never seen such an impolite demeanor. I only had a technical question and was asked “what do you want from me now? Just leave it in the entrance area.

Apparently there is no time to look after customers, questions are answered in passing, or they are not addressed at all. Just for information, I was there in the morning and otherwise only another couple in the yard, so this should be feasible. That will probably not work.

Good advice on site. The drive to Kassel was worth it for us - we found exactly the caravan that was right for us. But the help with the first breakdown was even more perfect. Our operating and control panel got out after the first trip for no apparent reason. After telephone contact (we were 600 km away from Kassel) we were able to isolate the error. After a few days the panel was with us and exchanged. Quick help and uncomplicated. Thanks to Mr. Benedikt Braun

Never again! We went a long way to pick up our dream model by appointment. We then had to wait at least 1 hour until the adviser and the caravan were ready and ready to be viewed (although the appointment had been made for a long time). Unfortunately, the consultant did not have much time for the tour and was not patient. It couldn't go fast enough. Since then, about 1 year has passed, various warranty work and defects later. Unfortunately the communication was very bad. Most of the time we did not reach the advisor and only received an answer after weeks. Customer service zero! Pity!
