My NIU NGT was delivered to my home in May 2020. Today was the 1000km inspection, and I drove to Kassel, thanks to reloading on site without fear of range. Everything was great, great service! And I'm still totally excited about the NGT.
Can only share the assessment of the users here. Super support, also for online orders with tips for installation and for queries with quick and competent help. And above all a very nice way of dealing.
It's a shame that I don't live in Kassel ...
