My car had been hit by concrete spatter. At first, the telephone consultation was very extensive and competent. Fast appointment. The car was cleaned perfectly and looks like new again. Very nice customer service, helpful and super friendly. I'll be back.

I can only say positive things. Pick-up and delivery service worked smoothly. The staff are all very nice. My car is clean and shiny. Here the price-performance ratio is really great! I am incredibly satisfied and would definitely recommend Kassel Autoaufbereitung. I will have my car cleaned there again if it is necessary again :-) Thank you very much !!!!! :-)

Honestly! Very very strange and dubious. First time goes for days no answering the phone and when you finally get it, and asked if you could get an appointment I am very unfriendly informed that there is no date until January. So far so good ... when I answered that I was in no hurry, the man just hung up in the middle of the conversation! Absolutely not recommended.

Everything went smoothly from collection to return. The service offered is great and the result is great. After careful inspection, I didn't find any angle in the car that hasn't been cleaned. Therefore very clear recommendation!

Weeks before an appointment and when it was time, I stood in front of closed doors and my calls were all in the void. I had arranged the appointment extra shortly before handing over my leasing vehicle and was now simply allowed to sit.
